The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. Features a spacious patio with a firepit ( I have plenty of firewood no need to being your own ). Close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed.

There is access to a private drive with added privacy so you can enjoy your oasis in the woods! A hot tub was just added for a more relaxing experience!
