You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so it's not flawless. Simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).
