Linda’s cabin was exactly what we were wanting for our stay and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean, check-in was seamless, and the cabin had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay SO much and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a private cabin but also close enough to some of the little towns of coastal Oregon to visit. Ami was also very helpful, answering all of our questions and giving us many recs and suggestions for local things to do such as walking trails, restaurants, and museums. Maddie and I loved every single thing about this trip!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We had a wonderful and tranquil stay here. The setting is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxation and disconnecting. On a rainy evening, we soaked in the hot tub and later fell asleep to the soothing sound of rain on the canvas and tin roof. The propane heater kept us cozy, and the bed was warm and comfortable under the covers. In the morning, we appreciated having the essentials to prepare and enjoy breakfast. One small tip for future guests: consider bringing a pair of flip-flops or easy slip-on shoes for trips to the hot tub or bathroom. It’s a minor thing, but it would have made those short walks even easier. Overall, this stay was a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and serenity. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

This house was the perfect space for our large family. With two adults and six kids, there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep and share meals together. Clean, lots of natural light, and a great host to communicate with....we could not have asked for a better weekend. Thanks, Kristin!

Andre was super helpful and available, left clear instructions and described the place perfectly. It was peaceful and clean, had everything you needed and some. Great outdoor space for my dog. We enjoyed our quiet getaway! The upstairs tenants were a little heavy footed at times but nothing crazy.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was lovely . Better than we expected and in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to long walks on the beach. We hope to come back! Thank you

Overall it was a great stay. The bikes need some TLC. Location was nice. A little far from a lot of activities and restaurants. Beautiful views along the coastline. The hot tub was super relaxing and a great ammentity.

The views were beautiful. The home was very clean. Hot tub, fire pit & host-provided beach toys/chairs were great. The deck was nice for enjoying the views. Tunnel beach was charming & a short drive but I would not describe it as walking distance for my kids (4&8) and would be difficult to haul all the things down that you need for time spent on the beach. The kitchen felt very small - I stayed w/my parents & my 2 kids. We love to cook but this was not a kitchen you could have more than 1 person in at a time. There is NO cell service - you must use wifi to use your phone for calling/texting. It took me about a day and a half to get this resolved w/my provider once I got there which was not the host’s fault of course, and they did let us know ahead of time that there would be no service, just was an annoyance for me. The only other thing was the temperature in the home. It would get up to 80 degrees during the afternoons even w/the shades all closed & took all night to cool off

This was our first stay at this location and it hopefully won't be our last. beautiful location. you can't see the ocean, but you can hear it. The house is well stocked. The host is super responsive and easy to work with. we didn't have any problems at all. my only knock would be, I wouldn't recommend it for a family with littles that tend to put things in their mouths. The deck is in desperate need of a paint job and is constantly peeling. I'd be afraid of splinters and paint chips being ingested if a little one was on the deck. They do supply lots of baby supplies including gates for the stairs, so if going in more in climate weather, then it's probably fine.

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

Incredible location, classic beach house vibes with all the essentials, great communication from host.

The place was clean and spacious for the 3 of us and a dog. It is in an older neighborhood, but the house itself is well remodeled. The fenced backyard was very useful for our dog. There are a lot of wineries and the downtown close by. We had a nice dinner at La Rambla and breakfast at Alpine Kitchen. Brielle was very responsive. She even offered to bring over extra bowls for our Christmas dinner.

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Great amazing location! Right in the middle of all the fun. Place was gorgeous, clean, well stocked. Free was quick to respond to all my questions.

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

We had an amazing, relaxing time at Shauna's Beach Bungalow! Shauna welcomed us with a friendly intro to how everything worked, and even had a thoughtful gift basket there on our arrival. The hot tub and pool were divine, with plenty of space to lay in the sun and read. Even though the Bungalow is right off Hwy 101, it is quiet and peaceful with incredible views watching a variety of birds. We immediately forgot everyone around us. The Seaside carousel and hustle and bustle is a few minutes away, and it was a great relief to return back to our quiet space after the crowds of the town. The uniqueness of the lodging is wonderful, too, with one-of-a-kind woodworking and art that added to the chill vibe. There were ample towels, extra blankets, and all of our kitchen needs. We would absolutely return!

Great spot, super clean,wonderful value for your stay! I highly recommend this location. Chris was very accommodating to our dates and easy to talk to.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.

Wonderful experience and beautiful location! Charming decor and community. We had a great stay. I loved the coffee!
