Very eco-friendly with easy composting toilet, running (cold) water, hot shower(in main house in winter) full kitchen, half fridge, full sized bed and porch dining. Endless trails to ponds, blueberry fields, mountains and beyond...Full bed and a couch sized foam mattress for a third if needed. Space heater heats the space well when you need it!

You’ll be surrounded by seventeen acres of tranquil trees and serene waterfront. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque wonderland, complete with snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and nearby skiing. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as kayaking and swimming, or unwind indoors with a game of pool and darts. Kayak to the three connected ponds (two of which are tucked away!) or paddle down the Souadabscook River for a chance to spot local wildlife.
