Inspired by Chip & Jo, this is an updated camp house, filled with antiques and farmhouse decor reclaimed from the property and surrounding areas. Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

Country Farm Retreat ( A home away from home)

We are a small family farm located on a 27 acres an hour away from Houston, TX. The bungalow offers picturesque views and a secluded get away with all the modern amenities that you expect. Your fridge is stocked with some breakfast supplies including daily farm fresh eggs collected daily from our chicken coop. We are moments away from local wineries, breweries, fine dining, and antique shopping galore. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

sunnybrook farm

A three-bedroom 2-story house located just a couple of minutes from downtown in a secluded neighborhood with a farm setting. The house is situated on 12 acres with a pond, horses, and other very friendly farm animals around. Fresh eggs are available for breakfast. All pets are welcome, including horses. The house has a farmhouse/lodge decor with queen beds in each room, a sofa bed in the living room and additional sofa bed, day bed and trundle bed. Children are welcome.

Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.

The Tiny House on the Family Farm @ Alpha Ranch

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Enjoy the rare pines of central Texas. This Tiny home features a wood fireplace, granite counter top kitchen and large shower. The one bedroom two bed (1 Queen and 2 Twin day bed) home sleeps 3 guests (plus 1 child). Amenities include access to the pond and outdoor fire pit. Star gazing is a must. Enjoy fresh aquifer well water and the sweet sound of chirping birds. Deer sightings are frequent!

The Roost

Escape the hustle and bustle and find your peaceful sanctuary at our charming country cabin. Tucked away amidst breathtaking scenery, this is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The cabin itself is a cozy retreat, designed to be eye-catching and welcoming, making you feel instantly at home. We have an additional cabin next to this one for rent also! The cabins are on a hunting preserve and bird farm.

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

'H Ranch'

This memorable place will make forever memories ! Swim in a 90,000 gallon 12’ foot deep pool with grotto/ slide, monster spa, swim up bar, two outdoor kitchens. “30 acres” for this homestead. We have cattle, exotic deer (pets) that are fed daily (not interrupting your stay). The ranch is secured by full fencing and ranch entry code gate. Come enjoy our peaceful oasis!
