Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. We had an awesome week!

Вилла построена в пяти уровнях и представляет две автономные виллы, которые могут использоваться как вместе, так и раздельно. Нижняя вилла с одной спальней европейского типа( закрытая кухня-столовая с кондиционерами) с большой лужайкой на которой реально летают бабочки. Второй уровень это разделение вилл, то есть сверху не видно что на нижней вилле и наоборот. Три верхних уровня это трехспальная вилла с открытой кухней и руфтопом с шикарным видом. Вилла построена и оснащена качественно, то есть толстые стены, окна, хорошие материалы, мебель, техника и т. д. Хороший стильный дизайн, единая концепция, включая посуду и постельное бельё, много уместных деталей интерьера. Работники находятся рядом, то есть все вопросы моментально решаются. До любой точки на Буките 15 минут на авто. Мы не первый раз на Бали. На Буките таких вилл, которые здесь называют "лакшери" не так много, в основном они в районе Семиньяка, но там шумно. И если вам нужна тишина и покой то здесь отличный вариант.

My family had an unforgettable stay at Villa Ziba! With ten of us in total, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the villa was—we never felt crowded or in each other's way. A huge shout-out to Eka and the incredible staff, who made our experience truly special with their exceptional hospitality!

Katherine is excellent to deal with, very accommodating, friendly and always responsive. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything that we needed. Easy walking distance to Bridge Rd & Swan St and only a short walk to the MCG and City. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Loved the time spent at the Villa. The seperation between the bedrooms and the dining was a feature of the layout. The pool was amazing as well. We were in our own cocoon when we chose to stay at the Villa. The Staff was super helpful and the b'fast at the Villa is a great added bonus and takes away the hassle esp if you have kids. Virginie was easy to contact and quick to respond for any requests. Overall, loved our stay!

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. Private even though you are on the families compound. Family lots that live there are so kind and friendly. Lots of great instructions and info in their little booklet. fully cleaned everyday, even floors mopped. Just loved it!

This place was absolutely stunning. Straight out of the 1960’s. Stunning view of Ballarat and so close to everything. I had a really wonderful stay. The morning sun coming in through the entire place was gorgeous.

Perfect location and close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and spacious and Rachel was a excellent host. Would recommend this property if travelling with family or group of friends. Was perfect for our 7 night stay in Scarborough.

Absolutely incredible location right across from the beach! We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with breakfast while watching dolphins in the ocean, and ending the day with a glass of wine as the sun set—truly special. Lucy was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful, and we really appreciated the heads-up that we could check in early once the cleaners were done. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and the breakfast supplies were such a thoughtful touch. The beach gear (buckets, chairs, umbrellas) made outings with the kids so easy and enjoyable. It’s also just a short walk to Henley Square, and there’s a great coffee shop right across the road. The only minor challenges were not having a dishwasher, and drying clothes could be tricky when the weather didn’t cooperate—but those were small things in an otherwise wonderful stay. We’d 100% stay here again!

Great little place in Richmond. We went for the Grand Prix and the location was excellent. Close to Swan St yet so quiet! Coffee and eateries galore. Fantastic stay! Would recommend if you are ok with stairs!!!

Peter’s place is the perfect location for a stay in Melbourne! Wonderful area and easy to get around on foot or by tram.

The place is very comfortable and has everything one needs and is in a quiet location . The city Tram is a few blocks away and it takes about 20 mins to central Melbourne and there is a also a train abt 20 minutes flat walk to 3 different train stations. There is a 7/11 not far.

A generous stylish apartment in a beautiful old building full of character. We came for the Australian Open; it’s a 20 minute walk along the river or you can rent a Lime bike or get an Uber. Easy walk to the Domain Road restaurants all up to South Yarra. So much nicer than staying in a hotel

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Mary was fantastic, and it was a pleasure interacting with her. The location was convenient for exploring Adelaide, with excellent restaurants & shopping. The apartment had everything you could ask for & was of high quality. The view was excellent, and the art on display was beautiful. We now will not stay anywhere else in Adelaide!

We had a lovely stay at Ade’s place. The villa was clean, great location, and nice and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at this villa was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself was beautifully maintained, secure, and in the perfect location, yet close to everything we needed! Roni and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, and communication throughout was seamless. A special mention to Ocha, who maintained the villa daily with incredible attention to detail and care. This was one of the most welcoming and well-managed stays we’ve experienced, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.

What can we say. This place is an absolute gem. It was just perfect for our two families of four and was in a fantastic location. Ben the owner, Mr Sukra and his team Lily and Prita, as well as the lovely grounds keeper, were all just so easy to communicate with and would go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The villa was cleaned and tided spotlessly each day, the breakfasts were plentiful and incredibly tasty, the gardens and pool beautifully kept and the fridge was stocked full of all our favourites at cost price. Mr Sukra and his team cooked us an amazing dinner one night as well! If you are looking for a private, quiet villa that is within short walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Seminyak as well as the main shopping mall and markets, only 10 minutes walk to the beach then you can’t go past this place! Comfy beds, super cosy cabana with a fan and charging points, greenery, flowering plants and comfortable, beautiful furnishings! Suksma! We will be back

Lovely villa in a quieter part of Canggu, but close to lots of restaurants and the hustle and bustle! The team at the villa were so helpful and lovely and looked after us greatly. We loved our stay.

This place is truly AMAZING. It's one of the best Airbnbs I've ever visited. Every aspect of the villa is exceptional, from the bathrooms to the pool. The team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all requests, including organizing a cake for my friend's birthday. My friend and I stayed five nights at Seabreeze. We were looking for a nourishing, peaceful escape from Bali tourism mania, and we got it! The villa is well designed and very homely, the infinity pool is divine, and the uninterrupted ocean views are captivating. The sound of ocean waves was the only sound; it lulled us to sleep each night. We were well taken care of by Fitri. She arrived each day to make breakfast, a delicious array of treats always served with a smile. We chose to dine at the villa each night, a small menu on offer, but always fresh food, and so delicious. Add to that in-villa daily massages by experienced therapists and, quite frankly, we were in Bali heaven! We hoped to do yoga each day, but 2 of the local studios were closed. The Pondok hotel was a short scooter ride away and offered 2 beginner-level classes daily. Thank you to Wendy and her fab team for curating a wonderful, soulful experience. We will return!

We had a family reunion at villa Elleo and the place worked exceptionally well. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Yanti and her team were exceptional. Nothing was too much. Plus loads of helpful hints from Jerry!! Totally would stay again. Didn’t want to leave.
