Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A cozy, modern space in a family-friendly town. This two-room apartment with private entrance is in walking distance of the University, restaurants, shops and a Publix grocery store. Equipped with kitchenette. Smart tv in living area. A queen-sized bed with a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Twin air mattress and Pack ‘n play available. Amenities in town include a waterpark with waterslides and swimming lanes, playgrounds, walking and bike trails, tennis and pickleball courts.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. This apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay; we are located 14 minutes to the Fort Myers Airport and 10 minutes to the I-75; we are close to several malls, including Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, and Belt Tower, also near to Popular Universities as FSW and FGCU. Not to mention, we are close to Fort Myers Downtown. We prepared this apartment with everything you need for long and short-term stays.
