Our 1BR unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dgte City. This Unit is at the ground floor for ease access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons, a spacious washroom, kitchenette with fire protection & alarm system. Our location offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, with easy access to shops, restaurants, markets, schools, and key landmarks. The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is comfortable inside. Minimum of 4 nights stay. A traditional-modern house in a province that has a lot of dogs and roosters! (They are everywhere on the island). A house not far from Paliton beach, and a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, bar and cafés. There is also a restobar nearby. Has an outdoor kitchen and is equipped for longer stay. (30% off for monthly stay and 7% off for weekly)

Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
