This beautiful apartment is suitable for a couple with 2 children. HSC is a secluded homestay in Southern Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Apartment overlooking the sea. Beautiful sea views. Access to the beach below your apartment. Your own terrace to sit and watch the sun go down [or come up]. These are brand new apartments. Each apartment has a master bedroom and bathroom. There is a kitchen dining area and a seaview terrace with a table and chairs. The apartments are fully furnished . Each unit has refrigerator, kettle , microwave and toaster. Downstairs in the communal area there are laundry ,BBQ and cooking facilities.

Guests have easy access to everything from this centrally located room. Located beachfront, the newly refurbished room is first floor elevated position with a large balcony terraced area directly overlooking the sea /beach area for sardine run and turtles. The building is a large Beachhouse with just two separate accomodation. This beachfront room has two queen beds and private bathroom. Downstairs is our own relaxing resto bar for meals and drinks either dine in or room service
