La Casina- La Campagna dentro le Mura

" La Casina" è situata nel cuore di Ferrara, a ridosso delle antiche Mura, adiacente a Piazza Ariostea, al Palazzo dei Diamanti, alla facoltà di Giurisprudenza. Bilocale open space, ristrutturato e indipendente, dotato di aria condizionata e di ogni comodità ,con ampie vetrate, che si affacciano sul giardino privato. Grazie alla posizione tranquilla in cui si trova, è l'ideale per una pausa rilassante o come punto di partenza per raggiungere, a piedi o con le bici, i siti storici.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Una casa indipendente molto luminosa, con travi a vista, arredi nuovi, riscaldamento a pavimento e 60 metri quadri di giardino privato arredato. Posto auto coperto e gratuito, all'interno del giardino, completamente recintato. Il Giardino di Annabella è collocato a 1,5 km dal centro città, in una zona molto silenziosa e servita di ogni comfort. Saremo liete di accogliervi personalmente (in italiano, inglese e francese) e di fornirvi tutte le informazioni di cui avrete bisogno.
