Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Visitors are able to launch paddleboards etc on the lake and many swim.
