I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

had a fantastic experience staying at your resort. The entire place was spotless and very well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. I was also impressed with the complete set of amenities – everything I needed was right there, from the pool and gym to the restaurant and relaxing common areas. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely love to come back again!

The place was amazing and it exceeded our expectations! The staff was very courteous and approachable. The house was fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary things that you would need in a vacation house. It was very clean and tidy, and very private and spacious enough for our family. My family enjoyed our stay and we look forward to booking it once again in the future. Highly recommended!!!

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Marie’s place Villa Fernandez @ canyon cove nasugbu!! They exceeded our expectations - the hosts and their caretakers are very prompt, helpful & friendly. The Villa is beautiful & modern! We have an Amazing view of Canyon cove & its stunning beach! We especially loved the pool which is heated, very clean & just right deep for adults & kids alike!!! We loved the relaxing Jacuzzi with the scenic view of the sea which we really enjoyed. We were on the pool both day and night! The kitchen is complete with all the things you need to cook, fridge and table is big! They have a Billiards table & darts. There are 4 rooms - 3 on top/1 on the lower floor, 2 common toilets/2 attached. The rooms are clean big & have comfy bed with blankets/pillows! Airconditiong & water heaters work perfectly! Wifi is very fast! A big living room on 2f with karaoke & smart tv with hbo max! And the clean beach is just below which we really enjoyed our swim!!!🥰

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

Excellent experience

Ms. Julie was very approachable and accommodated all our requests. Even the caretaker, Ms. Jheanne, was incredibly kind. The unit itself was beautiful—perfect for a family. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, which is a big plus for me. The place was also very clean. We did encounter a small issue with a bit of water leakage in the downstairs room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. The place had everything we needed and felt so cozy.

This is our 4th time in Pico de Loro and this place is by far the most spacious and homey feels we've been to. Aircon unit is so cold..perfect to beat the summer heat! You wouldn't want to leave the unit! Worth the price & same as advertised! Wet clothes rack is a plus factor! We'll definitely book this unit when we go back to Pico. Host is very friendly & responsive! What I like about the host is that she did not take advantage of increasing the unit rental fee for holy week (have tried booking to other unit but was advised they will refuse our booking as they would need to increase the rental fee bcoz it's holy week).

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

Our stay was SUPERB!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The place was clean, well-maintained, and just a 3-minute walk to the beachfront. For even better beach vibes, we took a quick boat ride to a nearby spot and had so much fun there - they even arranged the boat ride for us. The host was also super responsive and quick to resolve an issue with the aircon. Overall, such a relaxing and smooth experience!

unit was spacious for 10 pax..nice view of the beach and pool from the balcony..complete appliances and utensils for cooking and eating..nice, comfortable mattresses and pillows..unit was cool and cozy with enough ACs and fans to stave off the heat..highly recommended!👍

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

We’ve been to this place a couple of times already, since this place is our favorite beach resort in all of Batangas. Returning is a given

After a long trip under the hot sun, it was such a treat to be welcomed by a cutely designed Airbnb unit and the cool air from the aircon. We got comfy right away and even called dibs on where we’d sleep! The utensils and kitchen appliances were just enough for our needs. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak during our stay, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. It’s also conveniently close to the swimming pool and the beach. Plus, the view from the unit is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

Had a fantastic stay at Chuckie's place. Facilities were exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. It had all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. A value for money place, we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed at Refuge by the Sea from April 16–19, 2025, and had a great time! We were a big group (9 adults, 4 kids), and the beach house was perfect—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed some friendly games of pickleball and badminton. Maria, the host, was very responsive and helped us with activity bookings and food arrangements before our arrival. Everything on the listing was accurate. What you see on the listing is what you get! Kuya Noel, the caretaker, was also very polite and helpful. The pavilion was a great hangout spot, and even without a karaoke machine, we made do with the bluetooth speaker, mic and smart TV for some fun videoke sessions. There were two power interruptions, but the generator set kept things running—just a bit noisy for the room next to it. Overall, a relaxing and fun family getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.

Connie and her caretaker are responsive. Mean (caretaker) even messaged us ahead of time to ensure we are welcomed at the unit. place is spik and span. also has cable TV and internet. linens and place smelled good . Will be looking forward for the next time we can stay at their place.
