Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Everything you need is within walking distance, including the commuter train station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, gyms and the lake. You can also park for free on the property.

Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Här bor du i ett nybyggt hus på 95 kvm2 med plats för 5 personer bara ett stenkast ifrån Fyrisån och vackra Ulva Kvarn. Huset erbjuder ett ostört läge där du kan koppla av men ändå ha närheten till Uppsala och dess vackra omgivningar, Arlanda flygplats och Stockholm. Koppla av på den väl tilltagna terassen på baksidan av huset samtidigt som du hör vattenfallets brus på avstånd.

Stugan ligger på en charmig liten gård med får omgiven av åkrar. Det är en välplanerad stuga med öppen planlösning. Det finns två sängplatser i en våningssäng och två sängplatser i en robust bäddsoffa. Eldning i kaminen erbjuder en trevlig atmosfär. Köksdelen är välutrustad med husgeråd såsom spis, ugn, micro, kaffebryggare och kylskåp. I badrummet finns även en tvättmaskin. Uteplats med utemöbler finns under den varmare delen av året. Parkering nära stugan. Det betar 16 stycken får här nu.
