Cosy 2 bedroom Coach House

The Coach House was built circa 1900 and consisted of a stable, housing for a coach and a hay loft above. After a variety of different uses over the years, we made the decision to extend and renovate the original buildings to create a two bedroomed dwelling. Situated at the foot of Cave Hill Country Park and Belfast Castle with its beautiful walks and stunning views over the city and Belfast Lough. Only 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre with great transport links on your doorstep. George Best City Airport is only a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes from Belfast International Airport. The property is adjacent to Fortwilliam golf club and Belfast Zoo is only a 5-minute drive away. The roads to the North coast are easily accessible from the location. THE SPACE Detached Self-contained Coach House with large open plan kitchen and living area. This opens out to a large patio area via bi-fold doors with a gas fire pit to enjoy those chilly evenings. The living room is equipped with two settees, comfortable armchair, coffee table and a gas stove which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. For your entertainment there is a smart TV with Netflix subscription and complimentary hi- speed wi-fi. Kitchen There is a full equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washer drier. Downstairs Toilet Includes a toilet and wash hand basin for your convenience. Bedroom The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, hair drier, full-length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. The room has lovely views of the Cave hill and adjacent golf course. Bedroom 2 Equipped with two single beds (which can be converted to a Super King if required), chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, full length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. Views of Cavehill and adjacent golf course. Main Bathroom Consists of, toilet, wash hand basin and a shower bath. The Coach House is kept cosy with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators on the first floor. Instant hot water is readily available throughout. Your safety is protected through-out with integrated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and an Automist fire sprinkler system.

House is toddler friendly and has all the amenities you'll need for a fun and safe stay in Belfast. This property is within very easy walking distance to a park, supermarket and local shops. It is also close to tourist attractions such as the zoo, Crumlin jailhouse and the murals of the Shankill/Falls Road.

Tourism NI certified. Located on the main Crumlin Road 13 mins drive (3.5 miles) from the city centre, this spacious Victorian house is a perfect family base to explore Belfast and beyond. With two floors, three bedrooms for 5 guests, living room, separate dining room and extended kitchen, there is more than enough space to enjoy the indoors after a busy day, or the garden on a summers day. There is a driveway for free on-site parking but a few minutes walk from bus stops to the City too.

Home from home spacious detatched property set 30 yards to rear of main house totally private. Next to 9 hole golf course, convenience store, off Licence and Pizza/chip shop. Excellent bus service on doorstop. 2 mins to M1 motorway 10 mins to city centre. Kitchen well equipped with pots pans, crockery, glasses and utensils etc. Salt, pepper, oil, tea/coffee sugar all supplied. Bathroom features electric shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. Bedroom has King size bed.

Brill location for Belfast City or exploring NI.

This is a cosy clean home suitable for business or leisure. The decor is bright fresh relaxing and extremely inviting. The bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable beds with luxurious bedding and substantial storage. The house is very spacious with an open hallway, the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor has two double rooms and one single room with a good sized bathroom. There is a driveway for parking and a front and back garden.

Belfast Cosy Cabin

The Cabin offers you privacy and comfort away from the hustle and bustle. It's an open plan studio cabin with a shower and toilet. Small kitchen with microwave & fridge and everything you need for a short stay. It's not a penthouse apartment, however, if it's warmth, security, comfort, and cleanliness, then this is the place to come. The perfect REVIEWS say it all about the cabin. People seem to love it.
