Designed by the host, the house is decorated with a mix of vintage and new items lovingly chosen to create an eclectic coastal cottage. Four adults (no pets) will sleep comfortably on a queen bed and a sleep sofa w/queen mattress. The clean and modern kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy water views from the attached deck or walk a short distance to the waterfront where a designated deck offers seating and water sport gear.

The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property will be available by end of May 2024.

Come enjoy the fresh air, sunsets, and the outdoors! You can explore the farm grounds, including a pond full of bass you can fish (catch and release), streams, and woods to explore. We even have a large field we turned into an unofficial soccer field!
