This refurbished farm house, still has horses and a farm dog to sit on the porch swing with. Welcome to "The Simple Life". It's like staying at grandmas home all cozied up! This room has a private bath and double bed (authentic Victorian bed) Linens are high temp sanitized and luxuriously line dried. The room is simplistically decored, this is “the simple life”...... check in before 6 pm so you can come and go as please•I live on the 2nd floor of this property, let me know if you need anything!

Mulberry Cabin, a rustic tiny house cabin

Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

The Pond House at Salkehatchie Farms

The Pond House is a secluded getaway in the woods with double glass doors throughout the house so you can enjoy nature, even while you are inside. It sits at the end of the winding drive through dogwoods in the spring, green trees in summer and colored leaves in autumn. There is a small pond on the edge of the property. Outdoor patios are a wonderful place to breathe in the early morning air, watch a sunset, or grill. There is plenty of room for walks and the property is yours to explore.

Wildlife Cabin

Wildlife Cabin is set in a woodsy setting and was built as extra bedroom for our boys. Originally the cabin had a cute little porch on the front of it, but for privacy and convenience to our guests, we closed in the porch and made it into a small kitchenette. We call it Wildlife Cabin, not because you see so much wildlife. Our boys all liked to hunt, & one tried his hand at preserving the furs, so you will find a collection of wildlife in the cabin. Please be careful with them!

As the Weeks Go By Edisto River

We have small, rustic cabin on the Edisto River. It is very peaceful and within a short walking distance to Zig Zag Boat Landing. We would like to share our cabin several times a year. We are have a boat ramp on the Big Edisto River. There is a dock overlooking the occasional boaters, tubers, swimmers, kayakers, people fishing and in canoes. The shower is on the porch, there may be an occasional critter around. This is for the nature lovers. Come Relax, Fish and Enjoy!

Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac (Great Dane)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

Lowcountry river life

0ur river house sits on the banks of the South Edisto River, the longest free flowing black river in the U.S. This three bedroom, two bath house is on a high sloping lot with a boat shed, concrete boat landing and large dock overlooking the main river stream. This location offers a chance for adventures in fishing, canoeing, and or kayaking . Or you can simply relax on the dock or the screened- in back porch and enjoy nature and the wildlife.

The Branchville Estate

Enjoy your stay at this 5-bedroom Luxury Estate! Located just 13 miles off I95 in historic Branchville. This 1902 charmer includes modern conveniences such as a chef's kitchen, double appliances, 3 full bathrooms, 5 proper bedrooms , three of which feature King size beds and closets. Local stores, steps away! Large backyard has barbeque, fire pit and multiple dining areas.
