Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. It has a cozy living room with a gas log fireplace and huge tv! The kitchen is fully equipped with a gourmet coffee bar! We also offer Nestle Cottage next door if needed.

From the back of the house you can see rolling hills of green, our front lawn of both native and imported flora, as well as roaming horses and often native fauna, such as deer and bounding bunnies. To the back of the high mountain home you have views of a private section of the blue ridge parkway gorge.
