A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area, and free Wi-Fi. All guests have access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, outdoor kitchen, grill, hot tub, and bonfire pit.

This nicely furnished, in-town condo unit is just a 5-8 minute walk to the schools, the post office, a great little coffee shop, gift shop, the library, bookstore, toy store, spa, hospital, and restaurants, as well as Blue Hill Heritage Trust walking trails, and a 25-minute walk or short drive to the grocery store and Blue Hill Co-op. The one-car garage is accessed from the ground level.
