It stands in its own private well stocked gardens. It has a delightful patio area and summer house to take in the surrounding countryside. The property features a bespoke open plan newly built kitchen dining room, a wood burning stove in the sitting room, oak floors and smart tv along with WIFI.

Kirkland Cottage

Kirkland Cottage is completely self-contained and is attached to our main house in an enclosed, secluded and large garden. Although only two miles from Dumfries Town Centre it is in a quiet, rural location. There is ample parking beside the cottage and a lockable room for storage of bicycles and other leisure equipment. The cottage provides a great base from which to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the immediate locality.
