"The Clubhouse" Pvt Apt w/Mstr BR & 2bed Kids Loft

I spent 2 years custom building this apartment to be used exclusively as an Abnb rental. It was handcrafted using tongue & groove pine milled here in AL. All of the oak/pine used for the trim, cabinet doors, and custom furniture were milled in VA using my stepfather's personal sawmill with lumber harvested both from my property here in AL, and my families property in VA. Even the door/drawer pulls and switch/outlet covers were hand forged in PA by an Amish guy at his home forge in his basement.

The "Whatley House" welcomes guests with 3 porches. 4 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king side bed & a beautiful en suite. Other bedrooms include a total of 3 full size beds ,a toddler bed and a daybed . Fully furnished living room. Grand kitchen stocked with all the tools needed to prepare meals. 2 beautiful dining spaces. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Game room with pool table & lounging area. A short 8 mile drive to Troy University and Downtown Troy, AL.

The Pine Lodge

The Lodge is a beautiful open concept farmhouse on 16 beautiful quiet acres with pond and pastures. Fenced front yard for small children and pets. Primary King bed suite Secondary Queen bed suite Wrap around porch with gates. High speed WiFi throughout Gourmet kitchen with 11 foot island, duel range, all with beautiful views of the pond and sunsets from the kitchen. Firepit with beautiful sunsets. The Station Downtown Troy

Originally built in 1920as a Sinclair Gas Station and used throughout the years as numerous things, this space has been turned into a perfect getaway location in Downtown Troy right off the bustling Square. The Station has an open floor plan with a spacious king size bed, comfortable couch, kitchenette area, full bathroom and half bathroom. In addition, the outdoor area includes a screened in back porch with gas fire pit, a private courtyard area with grill, swing and lounging area.

Ever wonder what it would be like to awake to scenes like this? With 200 acres of rural solitude overlooking a 16-acre lake, we offer a little piece of rural heaven. The pool adds a taste of tropical paradise for our guests to enjoy. Each cabin has 2 Queen Bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a sleeping loft with 5 twin beds. Maximum of 8 guests on site. Hike the woods or around the lake or just sit on the porch. Fishing is catch and release only. No fish cleaning on site.
