HomyHome is a nice studio flat on the 13th floor facing the sea. Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra con accesso privato ed è collocato in uno dei punti più belli di Trevignano Romano, a pochi passi dal centro, dai ristoranti sul lago, dal borgo e dalla spiaggia. È composto da ampio salone, due camere da letto, due bagni, patio, giardino collegato direttamente al lago e garage privato. Tutto questo a pochi passi da Roma per trascorrere qualche giorno in un piccolo paradiso di relax, pace e benessere.
