A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! Barn (1) - The Threshing Barn (4 bedroom) is next door and available to rent

Self contained Artists studio, with shower room and mezzanine bedroom. Large open space with log burner (firewood not provided) and sofa bed. Own entrance. Off street parking. Welcome pack of continental breakfast Items. Dog friendly, however walled garden is open on one side. So please don’t leave your dog unattended. Bring your own dog bed. Recycling bins are outside to the side of the large black dustbins . Separate containers for paper/cardboard. Glass and plastic.

Coombe Farm Goodleigh-Tin Can Cottage

Situated in a quiet and remote farm setting, our beautiful Tin Can Cottage is a 1959 Tradewind Airstream caravan that has been meticulously restored and redecorated. This is upmarket glamping. Inside you will find everything you need to make your stay a special one including all self catering needs.  The space is suitable for a couple.  Well behaved dogs welcome but not permitted on furniture & guests must clean-up after their dogs. The space is not fenced in.

Spacious House Large Patio & Free Parking

Perfect for enjoying all that North Devon has to offer. The kitchen is well-equipped and the breakfast bar and dining room provide ample seating. This leads into a stylish, open-plan living room with smart TV and wood burner. Double doors open out to a large patio with seating that gets sun at all times of day so it's ideal for al fresco dining! Sleeps up to 6 with 2 double bedrooms and a third twin bedroom, plus 2 bathrooms. Free private parking on drive.

The Barn at Port Farm

The Barn at Port Farm is a unique and generous studio space. Originally a threshing barn, but recently converted by the owners into a modern space which respectfully retains the character and proportions of the original barn. The eclectic mix of quirky, vintage objects and art give the Barn its unique character. A perfect hideaway for couples looking for something a little out of the ordinary.
