Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Take a walk around the Snake River on the Greenbelt, or enjoy all the amenities of downtown which is nearby. **Please note this is a basement apartment in the home that we live in with our young children, so you might hear them upstairs.**

Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

We are close to the Mountain American Center in Idaho Falls, Fort Hall Casino, & a great destination stop traveling to & from National Parks; Yellowstone, Grand Teton, & Craters of the Moon. This cozy numbered street house is centrally located near Downtown Idaho Falls .There are many Boutique shops, local eateries and bars in downtown . Like Big box stores? Sam's Club, Walgreens and Albertson's are also close by. So many other things to do! Short distance from the Snake river green belt, the Falls, Snake River Landing and the Idaho falls Zoo. All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

Beautiful, private loft in historic home!

Enjoy the quaint, quiet and walkable neighborhood of the numbered streets of Idaho Falls while staying at our well appointed loft. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.
