Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
