Basilicate : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Magnifique logement en plein cœur du Matera historique. Un écrin de tranquillité qui permet de profiter des alentours en toute sérénité, certainement tôt le matin et tard le soir, quand les hordes touristes ont déserté les lieux. Le logement est exceptionnel, offrant notamment une terrasse avec une vue qui l'est tout autant. L'hôte, Patrizia, s'est montrée très réactive et a su nous proposer des solutions parfaites en termes de parking et de restos à tester ans les alentours. Foncez-y les yeux fermés!

Ich war nach vier Jahren zum zweiten Male in Stefania's Wohnung. Es ist ein perfektes Nest mitten in der sensationellen Altstadt, den Sassi von Matera. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer geradezu märchenhaften Aussicht auf den alten Stadtteil und die Schlucht am Stadtrand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse. Hier lässt es sich unter dem Sonnenschirm wunderbar lesen, faulenzen oder einen Apero trinken (ausser in der Mittagszeit. Dann ist es sogar unter dem Schirm zu heiss). Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wer keinen grossen Luxus braucht, fühlt sich bei Stefania sicher wohl.

Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę. Apartament ma wszystko i jest idealnie położony jak lubi się zwidzać. Dziękuję za rekomendację najlepszej oliwy w Bazylikacie. Cudowni gospodarze, fajny relaks. Będziemy polecać znajomym!

Anna was an excellent host. We knew everything we needed to know and she was very responsive. Her husband meet us and walked us to the property taking any stress out of it, we were so grateful. The property had everything we needed, and even a generous amount of extras! It is perfectly placed in Matera, walking distance to all the sights, shops and great restaurants. We enjoyed dining at a few of Anna’s recommendations. We have fallen in love with Matera!!

El apartamento estaba impecable , muy equipado , la ubicación es muy buena ., cerca del casco histórico , podes hacer todo a pie. Nosotras estábamos en auto y Magdalena nos recomendó un estacionamiento a 4 cuadras , excelente el precio y es cubierto .Cabe destacar la disposición y lo expeditiva que fue Magdalena ante cualquier imprevisto . Excelente . Lo super recomiendo .

Well situated; 12 minutes walk from the train station, 17 minutes from the old town, 35 minutes from a sandy beach. We really enjoyed the apartment, homely, welcoming, comfortable, spacious, colourful and interesting. Typical 18th century (?) Italian building in an older part of Bari but well placed for restaurants, bars, shops. The road outside is busy, traffic dies down during the night, sleeping is fine but if like me you're a country girl you'll notice it when the windows are open. Pierluca kindly recommended us some places to eat and we were not disappointed.

C'est LE airbnb de Bari ! Propreté inégalable, Elisa a toujours répondu , elle s'est même inquiétée de nous pendant le séjour . L'accueil en présentiel, un panier de petites attentions en arrivant , tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement qui est très spacieux et de nombreuses lignes de bus à deux pas . C'est vraiment une bonne adresse !

Appartement très bien situé a proximité du centre ville sans être dans le centre touristique. nous avons pu nous garer sans problème dans la rue. on était comme a la maison..avec deux salles de bain, le luxe!

Outstanding location!!!! Very modern and clean flat. Supermarkets near by. Can walk to everything. Trains and busses right there 8 minute walk. Balcony and washing machine were an added plus. Made laundry easy. Host was great met me when I arrived. Brought me extra coffee. Safe building as a sole female traveler. I felt very safe at all times. Also, first pplace ever in Italy had high speed internet the entire time in Italy.

Apartment is nicer than the description. Love the separate living room. Bed is super comfortable. Area is quiet. Yes. shower is small but plenty of hot water. Kitchen is functional. There were a basket of treats which was greatly appreciated. We were there 5 nights and would come back. Thank you Domenico.

Thank you Nicola for a great stay in a lovely apartment. Nicola gave easy to follow instructions for checking in and arranged an early taxi to the airport for us. It was a short walk into all the visitor attractions. The coffees and water were also very much appreciated. A top top host

Our host was a happy and friendly guy. He was waiting for us when we arrived which I always like, ready to show us around. A huge amount of delicious nibbles awaited. Sweet place, very spacious, with a courtyard and private entrance. Everything you need to prepare meals. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure. A few minutes walk to the old town and fortress (which was outstanding). The main mall is a 10-15min walk away boasting great shopping, cafes, restaurants and the Marina a further 5 mins. We loved Bari and there's plenty of trains to take you to other well known places along the coast, they're around 30mins by train. We easily walked between the station and accommodation with our cases, but taxis etc available outside the station.
