Nelle vicinanze inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi tra cui market, caratteristico mercato della frutta e del pesce, forni, negozi tipici, ristoranti, pizzerie e turist point.

L'appartement est situé à 400 mètres des Sassi Di Matera, à quelques mètres du centre historique et à proximité de toutes les activités pour satisfaire au mieux tous les besoins. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double, d'un canapé-lit pour deux personnes, d'un canapé-lit, d'une cuisinière à induction, d'un four électrique, d'un réfrigérateur.
