Minutes from some of Australia’s best coastal surf beaches and other tourist attractions, the house has a 180-degree deck with an amazing view. Bordered by farmland, bush and a tea tree track, the property is low maintenance and extremely comfortable. The house has two double bedrooms, living, kitchen and bathroom. The cottage has a queen-sized bed and en-suite.

This home features three bedrooms, spacious dining and lounge room area and a fully fenced botanical garden. Plenty of off street parking.

Indulge with wine and wood fire pizza at close by wineries. Explore Wilsons Prom & visit the penguins at Phillip Island. Note: breakfast is not supplied.

This is an ideal Australian holiday spot with a huge variety of entertainment - golf, surf beaches, wildlife park, bowling, Grand Prix track and go-carts. General store located 3 minutes away and farm produce across the road. As we are in a nature park area we cannot accept pets.

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamperon arrival, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.

The first owners travelled extensively around America for inspiration before designing and building their dream house. Set on beautiful grounds surrounded by a grove of 2,000 olive trees and an ornamental lake, Summerfields is encircled by beautiful semi-formal gardens and terrace, and occupied by a family of resident geese.

Located in a quiet court, this lovely modern beach house has been architecturally designed. Just 350 meters to a secluded bay beach accessed only by walking track used by local residents. The property has amazing rural views overlooking a golf course & Saltwater creek. Wander down the court to the beach access track - a 3 minute stroll to beautiful Red Rocks beach. The Golf course welcomes visitors and sells drinks and snacks.
