The house was very clean upon entry and had plenty of room and space. I would highly recommend this rental to a friend and would be interested in staying here again!

Very cute little cabin. Great for the two of us or a small family. It was nice a clean and had a nice outdoor space in the back that I wish we could have enjoyed (too cold). Only 10 min into Morehead.

Our stay was great!! When we first walked in, we were greeted with home-baked coffee cake and local treats.  It was so thoughtful. We felt at home and the house was so beautiful and comfortable.  I would definitely stay again if we came back to the area. 

This farmhouse is located in a rural area which is generally quiet even though it's on a main road. We live in the area but needed to get away for a few days while our floors were being refinished. The house itself is absolutely wonderful, like stepping back in time with all the modern conveniences. If you're coming from out of town , bring your essentials with you. There are a couple of small stores nearby, but the well supplied grocery stores will be in Mount Sterling or Morehead. If you're there on a friday or saturday look for the P31 farmhouse in Hillsboro for pastry, coffee, and small batch kitchen and personal care products.

We loved the Dolly theme home ! We had a blast playing the Dolly records and my 13 year old granddaughter and l put the wigs on and had a photo shoot in the home .. we came to Kentucky to visit family in Jeffersonville so where the Dolly house was located to my family’s homes was only 15 minutes down the road .. check in and out of the home was so easy !! I will tell everyone l know if they are going to Mount Sterling Kentucky to make sure u check the availability out at the Dolly house if you need a place to stay , l will be renting this spot every time l come to Kentucky Thank you Jordan for the hospitality your place was great !!

Pictures don’t do this place justice. House is much bigger than the cover photo, and it was worth the booking. Clean home with plenty of room to let the grandkids roam. Host very responsive and courteous. Next time I’m in this area I will try and book it again for sure.

Jacklyn is a great host! She makes sure her guests are taken care of and always responds in good time to any questions. The house is clean and well maintained. This was the 2nd time we rented this house and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area.

We had booked for 3 nights. Jim greeted us , and showed us around. We spent 1 night then Storm Helena hit. Jim kindly called us at our event to let us know a tree had gone down and there was ( and wouldn’t be) electricity. So we had to find another place to stay. No fault of Jim’s! The cabin is up a beautiful mountain road, and has all conveniences. We would like to return someday.

I came here with my sister to shop for my wedding dress at Renee’s Bridal. Needless to say, we loved our stay! Graham was super kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable and we had more than enough space. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time and will definitely be back if we need to be in Kentucky!! Thank you!

Very clean, exactly as pictured. Place was quiet and private. Joel was very responsive. Bed is very comfortable, great amenities! Would love to stay again next time we’re in town.

This was one of the cleanest, best places we’ve ever stayed! The room and bathrooms were spotless, full of thoughtful amenities (fridge, including snacks and drinks), robes, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, clear instructions, and everything was super clean and new. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to Cynthiana!!!

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

This was our first stay ever at an airbnb and it could not have gone better! We loved the apartment, it was extremely clean and conveniently located near everything you'd need! Wasn't sure what to expect (or pack for the trip) but the apartment was stocked with the essentials and then some! I have to add that Paris is an absolutely beautiful town, everyone we met was friendly. Loved that there were little tables and chairs sitting on the sidewalk outside of coffee shops, it had a real "hometown" feel. Great place to visit and stay! Thank you Ronnie for making everything so easy! I would highly recommend anyone going to Paris to book this place!

Great place- comfortable, clean, cozy and quiet. Just the place we were looking for. Thanks for having us. Much appreciate the kind hospitality we were shown. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!
