Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Grand Seashore Victorian registered on the towns Historic Homes list.2nd house from the beach, one of the best vacation locations in town. 6 bedrooms , 2.5 baths, outdoor shower, and heated inground Salt water pool! Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, very large wrap around covered porch. Just close enough to enjoy Jenkinson's amusement pier, weekly fireworks in the summer, family events and restaurants. Pool opens middle of May and closes in September.
