The home is located in a calm and quiet family neighborhood, within a 5-10 minute drive from New Port Richey Downtown, restaurants and market places. This home is perfect for a family with kids, a group of friends, travelers passing by or working professionals. We personally take care of it to keep it as we would want it for own family. This home is nestled next to thousands of acres of wildlife bird sanctuary. There are kayak trails to follow for hours. Redfish, Sea trout and Mangrove snapper are abundant. This beautifully decorated home is well stocked with anything you may need. There are 2 Kayaks, one two person and one single, 2 adult bikes, and fishing equipment.
