Less than a mile to 3 boat docks. Walking, Birding & Fishing is the common entertainment of this beautiful coastal neighborhood. Due to asthma, no type of animal is allowed.

Relax and watch the birds and fish on Copano Bay from this elevated home just west of Rockport, Texas. You have your own private lighted fishing pier with two benches, and a cleaning station with power and water. This listing is only the upstairs - the downstairs suite will add $100 per night. Please note that all interior spaces require steps or stairs to access. Ground around home is unpaved, consisting of grass or pea gravel.

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
