This authentic lobsterman's cottage features 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 with 2 Twins) -- 1.5 baths, a large lawn and your own private beach! Access to deep water dock and mooring (if you're arriving by boat). All creature comforts including full kitchen, separate dining room, and comfy living room with TV. Large private lawn with a firepit and amazing views of ocean.

A quick walk to the beach or pond, you’re not too far away to run back for lunch or take an afternoon nap. Also, the house is fully heated and is suitable for the cooler months!

This property is a mere fifteen feet from the shore so you can enjoy the changing tides, an array of shore birds -- eagles, ospreys, and blue herons. Surrounding sea roses infuse the air with their lovely scent.

Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. High-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS, we're allergic :-(
