For your safety, along with our normal cleaning we disinfect common surface areas. 100 MG high speed internet. Listen to the creek, watch the wildlife and only a mile from town. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

Pets are welcome for $15/pet per night, maximum of 2. Great for creative retreats, families, digital nomads, and vacationers--not the right place for partiers. The HOA noise ordinance is enforced, and there are upstairs guests. No smoking!

Experience Bear Lake in this cozy authentic pioneer cabin, summer & winter months alike. Cabin located in Fish Haven, ID features beach access. Grassy area next to the cabin ideal for additional tent sites. Additional RV space available upon host acceptance, and additional $50 RV fee per night (see "The Space" details below for more information. (beach access subject to fluctuating lake levels.)
