The real treat is outside, where you'll find over 2000 SF of 10 foot wide covered porches, along with another 1000 SF of deck and dock space; all open for your relaxation.

Cozy & Private 1 bedroom 1 bath carriage house located on 15 acres between the Pamlico Sound and Goose Creek State Park. Enjoy the panoramic views from your private balcony. Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. Our cute and cozy cabin is steps from the water of Back Creek. Bring your boat and come out for a relaxing stay! Don't forget the poles. There's plenty of fish right out your front door. The cabin itself has all the comforts of home. It is open spaced with a full kitchen, queen bed and two chairs that convert into single cots. This property includes plenty of room for parking, ideal for multiple vehicles or vehicles with trailers. Pet friendly as long as pet is on a leash when out doors, this is an active farm with live animals.
