Small but charming cottage - Sat. to Sat. 2 bedrooms, Sleeps 4. One bedroom has a double bed, one has bunk beds and a living room sofa bed. 5 minute walk to Parlee beach. No Pets or smoking. Leave cottage as found. Ample amenities at a nearby gas station and large convenience store with beer, wine and spirit sales until midnight. The town of Shediac, only a few kilometres away, a summer cottage community feel, friendly local people, quiet evenings away from the main road, sunsets at The Wharf.

Our waterfront cottage is suitable to sleep 5 people! 7 DAY RENTALS ONLY FOR JULY/AUG (SAT. TO SAT.) Located close to major tourist attractions and sandy beaches but away from the hustle and bustle so you can relax, marvel at the waterviews and enjoy your vacation in tranquility! 10- 15 minutes from Shediac (Parlee Beach/Lobster Capital of the World) 15 minutes from Bouctouche (Le Pays de la Sagouine/Bouctouche Sand Dunes) 25 minutes from Moncton (Magic Mountain Water Park/Treego/Casino N.B.)

The Lower Deck

This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or group trips. We are still building our dream but it will be available starting Julyr 1st. Designed in a pub style decor it is perfect for couples, groups or families. Hot tub and bar will entertain you during your bachelor parties, girls weekends, and hockey tournaments. You can sip your first coffee out on the deck from your bedroom and take advantage of the coffee bar upstairs. The Lower Deck is designed for fun, food, and friends!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beachside cottage. The small cottage has two bedrooms and a loft with a double bed. You will not lack any amenities, it has a washer and dryer, full kitchen, air conditioning, and a back deck to catch the ocean breeze. You are a mere 3 minute walk to Parlee Beach, shops and a beachside cafe. A 15 minute walk will allow you to enjoy fishing, artisan crafts and local seafood at one of the restaurants at the pier. True ocean front relaxation. Ideal for a couple's retreat. Watch the sun rise in a blaze of glory during coffee on the patio. Stroll on the beach or relax in the warmest salt water north of Virginia. Large lot, my personal cottage is on the same property, you are welcome to enjoy the whole space. Ideal for paddle boarding, sea kayaking, wind surfing etc. My mother tongue is English, and I have a working knowledge of French. Only weekly bookings during July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

Alma's Cottage

Welcome to Alma's Cottage, a stylish, newly constructed cottage on the Northumberland Strait. The cottage is part of the Blueberry Guesthouse Property, giving additional accommodations if needed. All the modern conveniences with high end appliances, air conditioning and washer/dryer. 2 queen beds. Central to all attractions in Southeast New Brunswick and a few minute walk to the beach. We are located 30 minutes north of Moncton, NB and 20 minutes from Shediac. HST is included in our rates.

The Camp

The Camp is situated along a river, in wooded scenery where you will find peace and quiet. Sunrise in the morning, small animals visiting and also a pair of Bald Eagles. A small boat is at your disposal The owner rent canoes for your pleasure along the river or Cocagne Bay. A nice walk in the morning or evening along a pathway. Nature enjoyment: small animals like rabbits, squirrels, a pair of Bald Eagles and sometime a deer. During season, you can catch a few trout.

Scenic beach access cottage

Relax and have fun, this is the place! Water view from front deck of cottage, beach access 150 metres in front of cottage. Washer toss, croquet, beach chairs, children's beach toys on site. Fresh seafood, and seasonal take outs minutes away. Sonos sound system in cottage. Pets welcome. Great views across the Northumberland Strait to PEI, 9 km across the water. Perfect starting point for travelling the New Brunswick coastline, or to nearby PEI and Nova Scotia.

Private cedar cottage with HOT TUB, Waterfront view and access to swim and kayak from. Huge fire pit to enjoy. Wood stove in living-room. Living room has wrap around view of the water. High end king bed in master bedroom with water view. Fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven and full size fridge. Large deck with BBQ. Outdoor fire pit. On little Bouctouche River. 25 minutes from Costco in Moncton. 7 minutes to Bouctouche and Saint Antoine.
