Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Shack

Relax in this rennovated studio near the Beaver Shores community and Beaver Lake. The house is a quick drive away from the lake, 10 minutes from downtown Rogers, 20 minutes to the Walmart Amp, and is the perfect getaway for those looking to decompress. The Shack is a fully functional living space - complete with a driveway long enough to back in your boat, WiFi, full kitchen and bath, laundry, pull-out sleeper couch, two TVs and a separate master bed area with a beautiful pine feature wall.

Cabin Sweet Cabin is a "True Log Cabin" it has been newly remodeled with modern touches yet still has kept its cozy rustic charm. Located 3 mins from Beaver Lake, & 10 mins from Downtown Rogers. Come & kayak, swim, fish, boat, or water play all day. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with 2 separate seating areas. Plan a BBQ, relax around the fire table or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Unwind in the cabin with the wood burning stove & spend some quality time with family for game night.

Your Eureka Springs Getaway! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, 70 inch tv, hiking on 40 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, but we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

When you're here, you'll have access to all of our luxury amenities, including an open-concept living space, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, Master suite , King size bed, and private outdoor patio with a hot tub.

Livingston Junction Depot Cottage private HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in the hills of the ozark. At night you get to gaze at the stars in the hot tub. The large stone fireplace will give you a time for snuggle in and feel the warmth. The Queen size bed has 2 windows facing the spectral views of the Ozark hills. The kitchen has the availability to use plenty of utensils to master your meals.The bathroom does have a jetted spa tub to soak in while giving you the option for a shower. Very private wooded views.

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
