Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Terrace - Lakefront home, hot tub, patios, kitchen

The Terrace guesthouse occupies the lower level of the Loft home. The Terrace is entirely private with separate entry, covered sunroom with hot tub, huge back patio, BBQ grill, hammock, fire pit, and an outdoor lounge and dining area. Note there may be guests occupying the upper Loft home during your stay. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and in a quiet cove steps from Beaver Lake, this location offers the best access while remaining secluded. No children or fires.

This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath, 2120 sq. ft. home has stunning views of Beaver Lake from the picture windows and beautiful full deck patio. Open style kitchen, living, and dining make entertaining a breeze. Master has ensuite and a queen size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has twin/full bunk beds and an additional full size bed, fireplace. Sun room has desk and bistro table.
