Lovely house with everything that you need. Spacious garden with A beautiful view

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad, waarbij Coach House voor ons een geweldige plek was voor familiebezoek in Lavendon, St Albans en Hemel Hempstead. Connie heeft een prachtige plek gecreëerd waar wij ons met zijn vijven onmiddellijk thuis voelden. Ruim, schoon!!, rustig en aan alles is gedacht (o.a. zeep op de toiletten, zachte handdoeken, heerlijk beddengoed!). Keuken is goed uitgerust, de banken zitten lekker en de bedden hebben goede matrassen. Ook fijn: 2 toiletten. Prima locatie, rustig gelegen met heerlijke tuin. Harrold zelf is klein maar met een mooi park en een fantastisch restaurant: Oakley Arms. De host zelf hebben we het hele weekend niet gezien maar de communicatie vooraf en ter plekke was duidelijk en verliep goed. Wij komen een volgende keer heel graag weer terug!!

Would highly recommend staying at Mel’s house. The place was so clean and nice when we arrived. We did a long stay (2 months) and it made transition with a baby to a new country so seamless as Mel is friendly, helpful and the house had everything you could think of for a family. Beds where all extremely comfortable the house super spacious, nice gardens, couldn’t fault the stay at all!

This is a gem of a place, in stunning surroundings. Super cosy with a gorgeous bedroom. Laura is a faultless host who reacted very quickly to my late requested for the accommodation. I'll be back.

Clean tidy and quiet just what we needed after a hard days work

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Lovely caravan and quiet site. Nice walk in the woods and easy to travel to nearby places.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Staying here was brilliant, the hosts are very friendly. The room is modern, spotless and has a nice homey feel. The hot tub is top quality and the pool looks beautiful even though it was too cold for us to use. It’s a fairytale at a great price, the area is gorgeous and a 15 minute train ride away from Cambridge, overall great location!

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

Fantastic stay. Cannot fault the accommodation or the hosts who were more than helpful and lovely! Beautifully clean and very pretty cottage and gardens. (Just a short distance from Addington Equestrian Centre for horsey events ). Will be back!

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

Our weekend was absolutely amazing, the caravan is very comfortable, clean & in a lovely location, would definitely highly recommend

really enjoyed my stay. this is a basic room that's pet friendly bring your own heating fuel like coal and logs, fire lighters for the log burner.

We had an amazing couple of days here, beautiful location! The hot tub was definitely our favourite part but the whole place was lovely too, so clean and cosy. Everything has been thought of and seems brand new! Thank you so much for our goodies 🥰 Will definitely recommend to others and remember for future getaways!
