The description of “belle vista” is accurate! The view of Mount Mitchell was beautiful from the big porch. The A frame was a unique house style that was fun to experience and the surroundings were super peaceful and quiet. Alicia was helpful with questions and swift to respond. A great spring break stay.

Perfect place! Was looking for a rental that was not up a mountain. Had to be "flat", close to App state and King street/restaurants. East King is seconds from King Street/App State. Flat parking pad. No steps into the back door. Easy to retrieve key. Spotless. My parents stayed at a nearby hotel (used their points) and we had a wonderful weekend showing them all over Boone and the area and had a wonderful time at the house to celebrate both our daughter's birthdays and Easter. Location, location location! Super convenient- we would absolutely rent here again! Owner was almost instantly responsive and very helpful.

Carl's place was absolutely wonderful. it was so peaceful and we felt right at home. Carl and his son were both there to welcome us upon arrival and make sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was in the healing process from being hit by a car and they wanted to make him comfortable first and foremost and sent him some food and even came to check on him later that night. We wanted to extend our stay but it wasn't possible due to previous bookings but we will definitely stay again soon.

This house was amazing, me and my family wanted to get away from the city for the weekend and this was a great place to stay at, it was very peaceful. we definitely would book again!

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

Great location about 10 minutes from west Jefferson and 30 minutes to North Wilkesboro. Plenty for kids and adults alike! The added security of the gate was really nice! I would definitely suggest this location to anyone traveling to that area!

Great experience. House was just as described and shown in photos. Easy access for entry. Kitchen was very well stocked and had 2 different coffee machines. Close to local shops and ski resort. Host generally responded to questions within a few minutes. Plenty of room for family and kids. Hot tub was a nice perk. We will return in future if available.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

2nd time staying here and loved it just as much! They take so much time to make sure it’s as cozy as possible with extra blankets, fans, or space heaters. Little things like this make all the difference! Will be back!

Great location to hit the AT. Great hospitality and his wife makes THE BEST cookies! Great place to stay if you are on the trail or just in the area on vacation.

Edwin’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my fiancé. Super close to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The host also recommended great places to rent gear, etc. We loved it and would recommend their place if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the ski resort!!

We had a great time here!! A beautiful little cabin with all the amenities needed for a stay. Very responsive host and friendly. Loved having a private hot tub surrounded by trees to relax in and a great spot to view some stars. We dined for breakfast at Louise’s Famous Rockhouse right down the street and highly highly recommend. Best biscuits ever had! We loved our visit to Newland!

The cabin was beautiful with everything you needed to relax and take in the serenity of the mountains. The only down side was the steep single lane gravel road that you had to drive on to get to the cabin. The hot tub, sauna and fire pit made the cabin a relaxing get away. Thanks!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Kendall's home. It was clean, peaceful, and had everything we could have hoped for in a mountain setting.

Beautiful surroundings, a creek rushing by and plenty of decks to appreciate it! We wanted for nothing with plenty of linens and a full kitchen. Tread carefully on the rocky, uneven walk to the hot tub, especially if it's wet!

We have never stayed at an Air BNB before. This was a great first experience! We loved staying here for our kids spring break. The boys loved the game room downstairs. It was close to Boone and Blowing Rock and lots to do. The directions were very organized. Lauren checked to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been all over the world and this stay was one of my favorites for a 3 day solo reset trip. BEAUTIFUL view from on top of the hill that is mowed for easy walk access, private and very clean! 5/5

Enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Clean, cozy cabin and perfect space for my husband and I. All the small things were available, such as washer pods, makeup rags, shampoo/conditioner. Will certainly be back.

One of the best trips of my life and it all started with this cabin. Eclectically decorated and tastefully furnished, this spot has everything. There was plenty of cleaning supplies and all of the kitchen staples to make coffee and basic food items. They even left me a generous portion of firewood. I bring everything on vacation, and all we had to use was the food. All of the cookware was in good shape as well. The hot tub was clean and works perfectly. The privacy of the creek the fire and the hot tub are unmatched in my experience. The clawfoot tub… everything was to die for. The quaintness and familiarity of the space makes you feel right at home and gives the feeling that many others have enjoyed and added wonderful memories to this wonderful little mountain getaway. I will be coming back for sure!!! Thats so much to Tara for all she does!
