Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Privacy with spectacular waterfront, Lilla Stuga.

200+' of waterfront adjacent to conservation land, affords privacy & arguably the best views on Long Pond. While relaxing on one of the decks, you can listen to the call of loon, watch herons soar by, revel in the magnificence of bald eagles, & are treated to spectacular sunsets. Enjoy swimming, boating, & fishing directly from dock. This Scandinavian style cottage is located on lower Long Pond. The drive in to LILLA STUGA (Swedish for little cottage) is at the end of a 1.5 mile private road.

Riverside

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras and AOSU cams in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

The Modern Lakehouse

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

Modern Victorian

This is a beautifully renovated, private, 2 bedroom, first floor of a duplex. The yard is fenced in and has a large deck. The unit is very light and bright and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is open to the living room. It is in a quaint little village with a little country store just steps away where you can find almost anything you need! Please note that one building in particular is not attractive. Once inside.the fenced in yard, it is not visible.

The Stilt House

Once the island Trading Post (in the 1820's) now serves as a private retreat on Westport Island. The whole property has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1982. The building is nestled at the water's edge, half on land and half on stilts over the tidal waters of the Sheepscot River. The property has its own private deck, island, rocky beach, trails and hammock. This is an old structure - over 200 years old! A great piece of history and an absolute oasis.

On the water Boathouse!

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

Cozy & Modern 2BR/2BA with Long Pond access

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly constructed cottage located on Long Pond in the heart of the Belgrade Lakes region has everything you need for a perfect relaxing vacation. The shared common beach area is just a short walk away where you can spend the day swimming, canoeing, fishing, walking or just reading a book in the sun. Conveniently located just minutes from Belgrade Village where you will enjoy shops, restaurants, the Belgrade Farmer’s Market & Day’s Store, a local favorite.

Spend a beautiful day on the lake, stroll through the Village after dinner, then make your way back to camp for sunset and s'mores around the fire pit. Listen to the Loons in the moonlight and breathe in the fresh pine air, you're in Vacationland! Welcome to Manor House, a charming 1900's Maine "camp" with modern amenities overlooking Long Pond. Yours to enjoy - 2 person canoe, 2 person kayak, 2 kayaks, paddle board, fishing poles, and more! No motor boats please.

Newly renovated efficiency apartment with exterior entrance. Roomy bed/living room, kitchenette, private bathroom w/ shower. Comfy bed, a table for two looking out at the big maple treetop (with a few hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge for your leftovers/bevys, and a microwave to heat them up! It’s on the 3rd floor, with exterior stairs, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Very clean, bright space.
