Dawn was the hostess with the mostess. Felt right at home. First time to travel with my 2yr year old solo and we had no issues. Dawn accommodated the space, helped me get settled in, and made everything easy to access. This was my first time to stay at a place with someone there and it turned out great. Great hospitality and care. We will definitely be back again!

This place was perfect for a work trip. Unit was very clean and smelled great upon arrival. The place has all the amenities of a standard hotel; towels, hair dryer, etc. Kitchen has what you need to cook a meal. The TV and Internet worked great. Location is centrally located around plenty of food options and stores. Owner was extremely quick at replying to all messages. Will look to book again if available on my next work trip.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean. Host was super with communication.

We enjoyed our two week stay. It was very spacious and while we only had 4 people, it easily could’ve accommodated more. We were able to cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. It was a great stay and since we come to the area often, we will definitely stay again.

A great experience. I stayed for four months for work and loved having a comfy home base instead of a hotel. You can tell that a great deal of thought and effort was put into making the place feel festive and welcoming. The location was great and the view of the river out back was grand. Kim was a wonderful host and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I am so glad I chose this place and would do so again without hesitation.

Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect. Easy check in, clean home, no concerns or issues. Hosts respond when needed (which they really weren’t since directions were clear). No concerns with neighborhood. Thank you again.

Justin was very responsive and willing to help! The house itself was very clean and well kept. Had nice accommodations. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown Steubenville.

Very relaxing stay. Well equipped and cozy. Host notified me before confirming that hot tub was not available due to cleaning. No regrets. Scored 83-86 sleep score each night of my stay. Hanks bar and grill down the rode is a welcoming local place for quick bit and cheap drinks. Close enough to larger communities to find what you need.

Had a great time at the Airbnb we stayed at Shadyside. Our grandson was born while we were visiting. The house was plenty big and it accommodated 3 different families at one time. There was plenty of room and if we needed anything Will and Lori were quick to respond! Hopefully if we need to rent again we can come back. Thanks for the hospitality Will and Lori!

The hosts were very nice to us and accommodating. Responded very fast and it made the stay that much more enjoyable.

I liked staying here very much. Only problem was Sam gave me the wrong door code and I had a delay getting in the first time. I will stay again.

This was our second stay with Gary and everything was great as usual. I even had an issue on my end and he was very accommodating. Has everything you need for a short stay and the home was clean and inviting with plenty of space

We enjoyed staying at Stephen’s place. It is exactly how it’s pictured and listed. We spent a good amount of time on the large back deck/patio. The surrounding neighbors and town is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed for a wrestling tournament for a long weekend and we were able to sleep 6 comfortably. Plenty of beds. Two bathrooms with showers as well. Could use a couple more pots/pans. Other than that, we were satisfied. Very spacious too.

Loved the place the only complaint I had was the water in the shower did not stay hot for long. But other than that we loved our stay, really enjoyed the amenities. The host was responsive and friendly and we were able to request a late check out which was amazing because we were super late checking in and that gave us back some of the hours we lost. Would definitely stay again
