Welcome to our Cozy Camper! You will be camping with all the comforts of home in our 35 foot stationary camper that is nestled in the trees, on our 20 acre home property in the country. (It is near the road but if you can handle some occasional road traffic, you will love our place!) Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. Enjoy a picnic or watching the stars while sitting around the Gas Fire Pit. Come Stay!

The Little House on Park Avenue

Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Private Cabin in Backyard of Historic Home

A small 1 1/2 story cabin located in the Edenton historic district less than a 2 block walk to Shopping and Restaurants on Broad Street. It is located in the back yard of our home among gardens and a quiet neighborhood. Its only a 4+ block walk to the Barker House, Cupola House, Waterfront Park, and other points of interest. This very charming Cabin has just been restored in Fall 2019 with all new floors, walls, HVAC, Bathroom, TVs up and Down, furniture, etc. Some limited cooking features.

An ideal getaway retreat for couples, or a family with small children.

West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

The Cotton Patch

Unplug at the Cotton Patch. A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture. Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.

Hertford Hideaway

Charming water front cottage with dock overlooking the historic inter coastal Perquiman's River. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You will immediately relax as you walk in the door, however you can also enjoy the hammock, four kayaks, bikes and fishing amenities. The town is simple and friendly with a newly opened pub to get to know the locals.

The Duck Inn at Lunker Lodge

The Duck Inn is a 320 sq ft efficiency apartment adjacent to the Lunker Lodge. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
