Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
