Bike Back 40 from house / Peaceful Home in Nature

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

Enjoy a peaceful, private space on ten acres of a park-like setting with beautiful tree covered drive. You will have the entire three bedroom home to yourself with an attached single car garage, full kitchen, master suite and two other bedrooms with another full bath. Utility room with washer and dryer for your use. Superfast internet/wifi connection with up to 100 Mbps speeds for work or streaming. Roku 4K+ in living room for streaming your favorite services along with premium cable service.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Little Gigi’s Place

This peaceful one bedroom, one bathroom guest house is tucked away surrounded by nature. You can easily enjoy the tranquility of country living along with privacy, but have the conveniences of being 8 miles from town. This beautiful fully equipped home is attached to the main house through a connected laundry room that is available for use. We are only 12 miles from Bentonville where you can experience museums, parks, bike and walking trails. Many culinary and cultural delights await you!

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

Conveniently located Crystal Bentonville and Branson, MO. Hobbs State Park is minutes away. Lake Atalanta in Downtown Rogers. Bike enthusiasts there is- Railyard Bike Park in Rogers & Coler Mountain Bike Preserve in Bentonville. AMP concerts, Crystal Bridges Museum, Eureka Springs so many options!

Amethyst House

Roomy open concept living area with 3 bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen size bed and one set of full size bunk beds in third room) and 2 baths. Dog friendly. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.

Ozark Trail House - Trail Access

The Ozark Trail House is a newly renovated and private getaway designed specifically with mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts in mind! The house provides plenty of natural light, with a sliding glass door that leads you out to the large balcony overlooking the Little Sugar trail. Be connected to over 200 miles of world-class bike trails, 7 golf courses and 7 lakes with Lake Avalon being just a short .7 mile hike down the trail behind the house!

Recent construction in a perfect location! 1BR/1BA cottage, nestled in the trees in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Steps from Slaughter Pen mt bike trails; 1 mile from the Razorback Greenway (paved trails) and Crystal Bridges Museum; 1.4 mile down the street from the Square (restaurants, pubs, coffee shops...). We know what we want in a great stay-- CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and COZY (in that order). That's our goal for every guest.
