Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. The quaint town of Limavady is 6 miles away, and the lodge is easily accessible to Drenagh estate and the Roe Park hotel, perfect for guests attending weddings.

NITB Approved Take it easy at this uniquely peaceful and tranquil getaway. Set in the heart of the Tyrone countryside in an AONB at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains. The Loft is set in the grounds of the family home with private parking and separate guest access. In the gardens there is a private Hot Tub and Finnish Sauna with Cold Plunge Pool, the Tub is included with your booking and the Sauna and Plunge Pool is available at an additional cost of £30 paid on arrival.
