Welcome to The Cabin @ SanGer-La Alpacas, a working alpaca farm owned and operated by Nancy & Kris Sanger. In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for one or two Adults. Comfortable King Size Bed, private bath, kitchenette (not a kitchen) with airfryer/toaster oven, microwave and keurig. Take time away from the hustle and bustle and stay closer to nature in this lovely private suite. Linens, towels and numerous kitchen items provided. Plenty of popular activities and scenery in the surrounding towns and villages. Complimentary WIFI is available but can be unreliable.

My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

Enjoy small town life in this historic Red Saw Mill located right on a beautiful waterfall. Your apartment on the second floor has lovely views of the falls and creek. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, brewery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, Niagara Falls, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Good spot for visiting family and friends, attending events, or just relaxing inside or in the lovely yard along the creek.

Private ,furnished ,modern Roch suburb apt !

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

Peaceful Country Home

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
