Fra leiligheten kan må gå til Fløien på 15 minutter eller ta Fløibanen opp til toppen på noen minutter. Man kommer seg lett til Bergen sentrum ved å benytte Fløibanen eller gå til byen på ca 20 minutter. Leilgheten har ett soverom med eget oppholdsrom, stort bad, kjøleskap, microbølgeovn og vannkoker.
