Carefully restored to its perfectly imperfect self, Sunny Hill offers you the space to slow down and relax. Wonderful gardens, beautiful rooms, a cosy fire, parlour games, sunsets over Mount Brown - you'll find many ways to enjoy this original beauty.

The West Wing York WA

Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. No kitchen but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, milk, butter & homemade bread are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

The Carriage

The Carriage is a luxurious, beautifully decorated South Australian train carriage that was once part of the Barossa Valley Hotel. Circa 1901, this historic train carriage has been lovingly restored with the highest attention to detail. Nestled on 10 acres of natural surroundings this beautiful property is located only 3 minutes drive from the historic village of Mundaring, 15 minutes from the town of Gidgegannup and 20 minutes from the Swan Valley with its vineyards and tourist attractions.

Stoney Ridge Cottage mud & stone (circa 1894)

We welcome you to our rustic, cosy farm cottage (circa 1894) which has been in our family for six generations. The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

Japanese farmhouse in the Perth hills

Relax, unwind and refresh your soul and mind in this unique and tranquil hills retreat surrounded by 5 acres of jarrah forest, granite outcrops and a winter creek. Kick back with a bottle of red in front of the pot belly fire, relax in the outdoor spa surrounded by native forest, or take a walk along some hills trails. For the mountain bikers there's a railway heritage trail (Kep Track) at the end of the street. The Swan Valley is a 20 min drive away, or maybe hit the local for a pub lunch.

Heritage Spa Cottage

Experience country charm at the lovely Heritage Spa Cottage, a peaceful 1890-built retreat with timeless classic features combined with modern comforts like WiFi, smart TV, ducted aircon, dishwasher & a cozy wood fireplace. Tastefully decorated with a period theme is two spacious queen bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen-dining space, and a hot tub overlooking the vast grassy yard, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a taste of classic country living right in the heart town.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

Chidlow, Lake Leschenaultia Spa/Sauna(extra cost)

Enjoy a relaxing break away from the city. Situated on a 5 acre peaceful bush block with your own private driveway access and parking. Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

Cockatoo Hills Apartment

Kick back in the clear oxygenated hills air with the cockatoos after a day of swimming, tennis, bush walking, riding, or exploring the historic hills of Perth Eastern Hills, Parkerville and Mundaring. Fire pit in winter, pool in summer, outdoor living, tennis, walks and clear air all year round. Cockatoo Hills apartment is located just 40 minutes from Perth CBD and 25 minutes from Perth International Airport above Jane Brook in the Hills near Mundaring. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
