It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Their warmth, attentiveness, and local knowledge truly made a difference, making me feel right at home amidst the stunning Himalayan surroundings. The property itself was perfect—cozy, clean, and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience of being in this pristine part of the world. What truly elevated this trip, though, was the Chandrashila trek. Words cannot do justice to the beauty and serenity of that journey. nothing short of life-changing. It was a reminder of how vast and awe-inspiring nature is and how lucky we are to witness it If you're planning a trip to Chopta, I can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough. Not only will you have an unforgettable stay, but with a host as wonderful as this one, you'll leave with memories to treasure for a lifetime

place brings complete reset and peace to you, look and feel of the place is very earthy , rustic while offering all the amenities as listed in the property description. we had a great time while getting to interact with Harveer Ji (very courteous and humble co-host/caretaker at premises, always pro active to help you with what you need). Had a wonderful time interacting with other fellow travellers at the property, doing nitnem early morning at the glasshouse. location is blessed, don't have additional words to describe it. All in all I wish and look forward to returning for a longer stay and working from here at a permissible time in future. last but not the least food prepared by Harveer Ji was nothing less of a blessed feeling - simple, tasteful to keep you light and energetic through the day Thank You all again for making this another memorable experience

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain retreat. The house was warm, inviting, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. But the real highlight was the breathtaking mountain view — waking up to that every morning was truly special. Alok, the host, was incredibly responsive and made the whole booking process smooth. Harveer, the caretaker, was equally helpful and ensured everything we needed was taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, beauty, and great hospitality!

We had a nice stay at the property. It is surrounded by beautiful scenic view 😍 very neat and clean. Food was delicious. Staff is cooperative. Peaceful and wonderful staycation, must be visited again. Thankyou so much staff for being proactive .

We had an absolutely amazing time at Vama Homestead. The rooms were spacious and clean.. The host Vardaan Chawla (more of a friend) is absolutely a gem of a person..going out all the way to make our stay a memorable one..Explained us about the area and other topography..Accompanied us to a small river side hike which was absolutely stunning sight..The staff were attentive as well prompt and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable..and last but not the least being a foodie group we were served with best of lip smacking dishes throughout our stay.. Breakfast, lunch, hi tea, barbeque snacks and dinner were quite elaborate made with best of ingredients.. I know it's a bit long review but am compelled to write for the great hospitality we received.. It had everything we could wish for...If planning for a quiet, no hassles great location awesome food then just go for it.. You won't regret.. Only thing to keep in mind is there a small trek from parking to reach the resort..

We, two families stayed at this homestay for 2 nights. The homestay is located in a beautiful location. The view from the homestay is stunning, and we could see the mountains and the dam. Few things that will stay in our memories for lifetime are. -Beautiful view -Homely atmosphere ( felt like visiting a friend's place) -Welcoming and helpful host ( Vikas proactively called me and gave instructions. Nice meeting Arjun at the homestay, who was so helpful and friendly.) -Comfortable rooms Overall: We had a great time staying at this homestay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

One of the best home-stays in India. After a lot of search, we finally landed on this listing. Thanks to Airbnb for providing a platform to such unique village houses. It is made passionately by using stones and mud from the land itself. The walls are thick with exposed stones on the outside and the interiors are plastered with mud and straw. Warm and eco-friendly. The red-oxide floor gives a rustic feel. The cottage is surrounded by pine trees and wild vegetation. The owners have also planted flowers which makes it pretty colorful. Both my partner and I love cooking, we were carrying stuff from home and spent time dishing out meals while my boys freely explored the vast surroundings. The local host visited daily, he was helpful in coordinating a lot of things like grocery, milk and other supplies. He also fixed a house help from the village who helped us with daily chores. I never wanted to come back! Recommended for sure :)
