Escape from it all at our tranquil getaway in the woods. Wander the trails exploring nature on this 26 Acre wooded property, including 1000 ft of frontage along Little Rock Creek. Gather with family & friends for a BBQ on the large screened porch and adjoining deck, play bags or shoot hoops in the spacious yard or just enjoy watching the wildlife and listening to the owls hooting back & forth. With 2 kitchens and 2 laundry areas, smart TVs throughout this is the ideal spot for family gatherings

Room within a Cozy Cottage

Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Nature lovers will enjoy observing the Pond from the Main house at Pond View Acres - a renovated, ranch-style home on 15 acres in a country setting. With a scenic view of a pond, it is surrounded by forest preserve to the west and south. Just a quick drive to shopping. Beyond the pond are walking trails that may provide wildlife sightings, such as deer, coyote, fox. This small farm is home for four mini donkeys & chickens. A garden area separates the Main house and the Guesthouse.

This home backs up to Tyler Creek Forest Preserve, so enjoy the privacy and wildlife!

In addition, there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

Peaceful two bedroom cottage newly refurbished. Plenty of outdoor space, woods streams and walking trails nearby. Tucked out of the way of busy roads or city life but only a short drive to all the amenities of civilization. Keep an eye out for deer, ducks, beavers, hawks and other scenic wildlife out the back window/patio. There’s even a couple bald eagles that live nearby. Consider a longer stay to take advantage of discounts on 2, 4 or 7 night stays

Batavia - World Traveler Hideaway (Room 1)

Double bed with private bathroom. Gardening is on of my passions. I have a huge backyard with a patio with quiet places to have a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine. Two friendly non-shedding dogs, many treasures from my travels abroad in multiple sitting areas. If sharing the same room, additional guests accepted. Nestled in the middle of a great neighborhood, you'll feel safe and be able to enjoy a quick getaway or an extended stay. If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!
